I have recently bought Volkswagen Jetta from your dealer Karnavati Volswagen at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The delivery of the car was taken on June 23, 2015. We were given trial of a Jetta Car which was driven Successfully upto 200 kms per hour speed. We have purchased a brand new car chasis number WVWA15 164FA550256 Now this car is run only for 405 kms The vehicle is vibrating at a speed of 120 kms per hour the dealer is not attending to the problem. This is about problem in India please do something. I recently serviced from vw palace cross rajaji Nagar Bangalore India and it was pathetic. They not only didn't do proper service, but also didn't give proper care to my car this is my second time experience here in India.

My self Pradeep Singh from India, purchased Polo comfort line diesel 2. five yrs ago. The car is having problem from day one, every time the complaint is registered dealer give some quick fix solution and it is repeated again or new problem comes. I have written to your customer care India team, but not able to get permanent solution. I have purchased VW keeping in mind that German technology will be superior one and i will enjoy the drive, but now i regret my decision and top of it no support is there from your Indian counterpart. Hope with your intervention things will improve.

I want to inform you that your product is ultimate, but your Dealer Volkswagen Delhi West Najaf Garh Road Moti Nagar New Delhi is Ultimate cheater in all respect. He is ruined your reputation in Delhi. They charge 5to10 times of actual from every customer and no body is there to listen. They have very bad reputation in Delhi they are the biggest cheater. I tell tell you one instance when I purchased Vento after three months one person came our uncle patrol pump in Vikas Puri for fuel in Polo and by mistake diesel is filled in place of patrol only three liters. Suddenly he remembered that Its patrol car and stop filling. By pushing car is displaced and call the company Moti Nagar the told do not worry we will get the car and clean the rank and will give in three days charges will be Rs. 5000/00 customer said Ok after three days they said your engine is total damaged and you have to pay Rs. 248000. Police call.

I have a golf FSI hatch back, year of manufacture 2006, I think in Japan??chassis number is WWWZZZ1K6W586294the car has a defect in the Automatic gear box. The body valve has to be replaced by a modified model. Here in Cyprus it costs to replace over Eur 1800. - which is exorbitant. I read on internet that in some cases the body valve was replaced by VW free. Please advise if you can supply a body valve and I will replace it on my account in Cyprus. Good morning. I have always been a Volkswagen lover and supporter, and there is just no equal to volkswagen. I bought myself a tdi 1. six 2010 jetta in 2013 and it was a dream come true for me after saving almost three years to buy it. I recently started having problems with my diesel knock on my car, which till today is very loud and was told by silver oaks Volkswagen dealership in Gauteng that my injectors was faulty on the car, and they had it tested and that all four injectors are to be replaced, and can not be up graded or fixed. My car only has 90 000 km on it and i was told by other Volkswagen dealerships that its impossible that the injectors would be faulty on such low mileage. I am not getting any help from Volkswagen here and also not from my extended warranty policy underwriters iua business solutions that is with McCarthy Volkswagen in South Africa. An injector here is R 9, 291. 00 and for all four its going to be R 37, 164. 00. You are my last hope. Please help Germany Volkswagen.

I bought my VW polo from Volkswagen India on 22nd of May 2012. Within two year, three of four ABS sensor got complaint. Even once the car ran without brake. Once when i applied brake, it showed some errors in the display at the car moved about 20 feet without brake, while i was at a speed of 40-50 mph. Now I fear to drive VW cars which is continuously showing problems with braking system. Even the service personal is not able to find the cause of the problem. Keeping apart this, VW gives the smooth drive than any other car which i drove. But how can one keep aside the braking problem of the vehicle he is driving?

Between myself and my wife and her immediate family (four persons), we have purchased six Volkswagens. Three Jetta sedans, one Jetta station wagon, one GTI, and one Passat. And although EVERY dealer we have spoken with has assured us to the contrary, there is a DEFINITE difference in quality and performance between the cars made in Germany and those made elsewhere. By far the two best vehicles we have owned were the Jetta and Passat that were made in Germany, in fact, I'm still driving the 2005 Passat TDI, that I purchased new almost ten years ago. I just had my fourth child this year and now require a six seater. I really wanted to buy German,, but my only real option next year is the Audi Q7,, but they are very expensive, especially if I were to get the more fuel efficient diesel model. From the VW website, I saw that a new VW six seater SUV is planning to debut in approximately two years, named the Cross blue, and it will be dual diesel/electric. PLEASE have it built in GERMANY.

Car Model :Volkswagen Passat 2008-2000cc Date of purchasing as per guarantee: 8/11/2008 and since then, The car had approximately driven 75000 km with almost no problems rather than the routine regular maintenance. During the period from20/01/2014 To 04/12/2014 the car drove only 6871 k. M since January 2014 mean while it has been in and out of VW dealerships Egyptian Automotive and Trading Co. -Al Obour Branch) Cairo –Egypt for the car to be put back in service. The actual cost around 63 000 LE to get it back on the road. The car has been sitting for roughly more than six months as per below. From 16/4/2014 to27/1/2014 from 4/12/2014 to 4/9/2014 from 8/12/2014 still at the agent. The defect is mainly in the Ignition Systems and fuel system as per maintenance agent shop FEED BACK, and most probable the know-how doesn’t exist. I am a customer who is not satisfied with the service. I got from VW south Africa and bonus motors. I bought a brand new face lift polo on 25th of August 2014 at bonus motor vw in south Africa at Mokopane(Limpopo province)the car was sold to me with multiple factory faults. E. G. Usb never worked since I bought it and they failed to tell me during the purchase, window had a terrible sound, the car was having a scratch on the rear right bumber, the gear stuck in reverse. I took the car several times to the dealer, but they failed to fix the problem. My car is still at VW bonus motor in Limpopo at Mokopane dealer. My brand new car is stripped beyond recognition the whole dashboard steering, gear is out and nobody seem to know the problem on the car. Last time I took it to the dealer it was 26th of November 2014 and till that day I do not have a car even a courtesy car. Today is the 14th day without a car. I told them that they must replace the car and the refused. Help me VW Germany.

Dear Sir, Clearly the German Head Office is not aware of the pathetic Television advertisements, currently being utilized in Australia to allegedly promote Volkswagen vehicles. As an owner of a late model Golf diesel, I believe that my vehicle is loosing value due to this poor advertising and as such Volkswagen Head Office Germany owners located in Australia could mount a class action for damages. Please take the time to review these Australian TV advertisements and instigate immediate changes if you wish to continue to be competitive and or profitable in Australia.
