Sir; First add more personal secretary. This person should be well-known about administration. As for example; few days ago; the news was publish that R. S. S. Leader called meeting of Government Officers. So following issues is arise1. The unregistered and non Government organization is not empower to call the meeting of Government Officers. If empower; quote the article of constitution. 2. The hours attend in this meeting should be treated as absent from duty; so counted as live without pay. And amount;absent from duty should be recover. 3. The Government Officers pay is drawn in Government so the bound to work for Government not for non Government unit. 4. Non Government unit can instruct the Government officers; it is the insult of constitution. 5. To insult the constitution. So it become a offense. And damage the democracy ethics. Please take advice of your lower; and do needful if possible.
