the working of your defence colony branch, new delhi needs immediate attention for irregularities. previously also i wrote to you and you took up the matter with the branch and it was settled amicably. recently my son opened a current account with the branch only latter week and the concerned officer diverted rs1000/- and opened an r. d. the previous matter was where your bank asked for rs1. 00 lac deposit for giving a locker but instead gave a policy for ten years andboth things are illegal. now that policy have been changed to 15 years. seems police complaint is only the answer. the staff and officer at defence colony branch are well aware of it so ask them to immediately meet.

I once again like to mention that the foreclosure was verbally discussed and where it was informed that there would be no foreclosure charges. Surprisingly there was not a single paper shared during this transaction, nor did i received any so called welcome kit. HDFC makes itself safe and is not at all customer oriented, all the documents are in fine print and pro HDFC, no where in the document there are any points where the interest of the customer is safeguarded, whereas the Customer pays the processing fee. As already mentioned I did not receive any welcome kit of any sort by mail or post till the point this discussion has come up. I received your Welcome Kit by mail on 29th May 2015.

Respected Sir, I am writing this review out of extreme disappointed and displeasure that i had to face with your bank HDFC I started banking with HDFC bank from 2011 October when I completed my Bachelors in Hotel Management and catering technology and the reason I am saying this is because had it not been a salary account i would have never started banking with HDFC ever i was made to sign a bunch of form then in 2011 when i was opening my salary account with HDFC Bank and that time i was just 21 and in the happiness of the job and the pleasure of getting my 1st salary I was not aware of the Demat Account which was opened i never used it and never asked for it at all and now i am getting letter and messages saying my current different salary account with a different HDFC bank would be put on hold and I have an emergency situation in my family and I need money urgently and if my account is put on hold for something that i never asked for Demat A/c:34037339

Your Smartpay facility is in a real mess. Payment to be done on 09. 03. 2015 is done as early as on 02. 03. 2015 (for ICICI Cashbak half yearly premium). It is justified as autopay. How can a third party have access to payments through my credit card? There is no record of my request for registering annual premium payments of two HDFC Life products which was done last May 2014. A conversation which I had on 02. 03. 2015 through 61606161 is denied on the same number on 03. 03. 2015. I am fed up about the allround deterioration of services in the entire HDFC Bank products. It is time I moved my family's accounts to a better bank. My customer ID is 2026156. The last four numbers of my credit card is 5615.

Without any information or intimation to me my mobile bill Rs4058.38 payment done from my credit card even though i had not registered my mobile number (919824204391) for direct payment.
As, I am a employee of Idea Cellular Ltd, there is no need to payment mobile bill. I have already talked to customer care but not satisfied with answer.
Please do the needful settlement.

I had applied for a Home Loan with HDFC's Home Loan department with application number 608177367 and the ordeal I had to go through because of your branch manager, agent and customer service department was quite a good display of insensitive and pathetic attitude of your employees towards their customers. This is the second home loan I have taken from your bank and my family has six accounts with your bank and the way your officials have cheated me I am considering the options of moving all these account to other banks.

Joining on 01st September-2008 and date of leaving service 31st July-2009 was member of EPF and EPS and employer every month deducted provident fund contribution from my salary. Due to some personal reasons, I had resigned from the company. As per company policy relieving letter is provided to the employee after 45 days but on I received the relieving letter but still my P.F. Number was not received. I would also like to inform you that regarding this context I made more than 12 dozens of calls and sand many mail to "tad.Csecoexhelpdesk@HDFCbank.Com" and personally meet with bank manager but he inform me he do not know provident fund formalities. I am having salary account in HDFC Bathinda branch vide account number 01871050009104 and I was having ATM cum Debit Card which I have surrendered to HDFC Lawrence Road Keshav Puram, branch at Delhi-110 035 due to mutilation of card and got new replaced insta card on 13.07.13. But till 18th morning it is not activated. I have registered complaint over telephone vide complaint number BANC0713053786. Please intervene and get my replaced new card activiated at the earliest.

Sir my name is yashpal tyagi and i have had HDFC account 00901610054179 for more than six years. And i have gold card and want to get platinum or titanium.
I have called so many times to customer care to upgrade my card but did not get any resolution. All the time they told that i had to visit HDFC bank and i went to bank as well.I am working with HCL Noida and getting 25k inhand.And i have never ever missed my outstanding payment of Gold card.If it does not get resolved i will have no choice but switch. Kindly suggest me what to do.
