Dear respected sir,
I am working in the hitavada a english newspaper publishing from nagpur, since last 30 years. I am also a general secretary of the hitavada shramik sangh (union of the hitavada employees).
Sir, i demand some clarifications from labour ministry, govt of india new delhi on dated 10th july 2014. Honourable under secretary of the labour ministry send me a letter dated 17th july 2014. From that letter, he told that the primary responsibility to implement the majithia wage board for journalists and non-journalist is of the state government and hence our demand letter about some clarifications and guideline sent labour commissionoer mumbai, maharashtra.
But yet i did not received any clarification from you.
So i humbly request to you to kindly send the clarifications and guide lines for proper implementation of the majithia wage board and for industrial unrest between the employees and employer. We want peaceful atmosphere among the both.
Thanks and regards!!.
