Sir, Since repair of pipe line near Howrah Maidan on 13 Dec 15 water stoped coming in Ainuddin Ghat Majhi Lane - 711 101, opposite Bazar Kolkta. Most of the house is with out water for last three - four days. We have to fetch water from far away places in bucket to fulfill our domestic requirements. I hear that main pipe has been diverted which leads to loss of pressure in pipe line in our area. I request you to do the needful so that previous normal water supply may be restored. Thanking you.

The Hon. MayorHMC I Ms. Beas Sarkar , resident of 6, HP Bhattacharjee Lane (Opp. Swamijee Sporting Club), above Jaya Clinic would like to congratulate you and your team for the beautification work you have initiated on the Drainage Canal Road recently. Post completion of the pavement work, dustbins are placed on the footpath for the waste products to be thrown with an intention to keep the city clean. We appreciate the initiative taken. But to our dismay, I would like to bring to your kind notice that, nobody is there to clean them on a periodic basis. As a result of which, the entrance of my house has turned to a garbage dump because of the dustbin placed just in front of the gate. We find ladies with brooms, but nobody is there to take them away. In this arena where we talk about "Swach Bharat Abhijaan", being a responsible youth of the country, I would sincerely appeal to you to look into this matter on priority and help us to get rid of this unhygienic environment.

We are residing at 62/1 Baksara Village Road, P. O. -Baksara, PIN:711110. On northern side of our residence there is an open land full with trees, shrubs, dhobas etc. Where people of near by area dumps their household wastages, rubbishes etc. Pedestrainers has made it an habit to urinate openly on this area making thereby an hell to the people living nearby and happy breeding ground for mosquito. Will our Municipal Corporation look into this and bring this under 'Satchh Bharat'.

As a responsible citizen of the country India, this is a complaint towards howrah Cleanliness department. We are residents of 17/25,hat lane howrah-711101(w.b). There is a garbage near my shop and we are the residents suffer a lot by bad smell, big problems of rodents and dogs. This garbage is being thrown almost daily by neighboring people. More and more garbage is accumulating every day and people and garbage boy also thinks that this is a garbage point. We are not blaming them. Also there is not a single dustbin in this area. It is individual responsibility for the cleanliness of the house, society too, we can’t change sometime the developed habits but we can find some alternative measures to solve this problems. We are facing lot of problems because my shop gate is near (10-15 sg.ft)this garbage point.some people through the dead body of rat,etc
Plz to needful action about this problem.

It is sad to state that the condition of the roads of howrah are sabby and needs immediate repair .
Secondly, most of the roads get water logged even in slightest rainfall . The drainage system has practically broken and needs immediate planning for disposal .
Thirdly, the Metro rail project has to be started without wasting any more time and political tassele.
