Respected Sir/Madam, This email is in regard of “ESI Card No. 9414288, Insurer name: Ghanshyam, Dependent Son: Bansidhar, Dispensary No. three, Ludhiana”. We got the response from your department that Bansidhar would not be covered under the ESI insurance because he has completed 21 years of age. I would like to reiterate the fact that 21 year is one of the definition of dependent family explained in clause 11 (iii) (a), however in this case Bansidhar is eligible to take the ESI benefit as a dependent of Insurer Ghanshyam explained in clause 11(iv). Bansidhar (unmarried) is Physical abnormal or injured and is wholly dependent on the earning of the insured person, so he is fully eligible to avail ESI services under ESI act 1948. I am attaching the whole ESI act for your reference and below snapshot for quick lookup. It would really be appreciated if you can help this poor family on this heinous situation. Thank you very much your great support.

I wish to be considered as one of your governor, as I think the positions are vacant in a few states of our country. I am desirous of working in the status of governor with a great zeal and I am sure that I will prove my capability in a unique way and with all honor to the sovereignty of the state, national integrity, state level legislative houses, community-based organizations and at large, in the best interest of the people. In fact, I have nourished a thought to create development with a national growth spirit in the state. My thoughts are totally based on my long-standing experiences in the stream of rural development and Panchayati raj, ecology and environment, journalism and developmental journalism, political analysis, social services, academic, research study-monitoring-impact assessment of the developmental programs. I hereby quote Late Sri Devendranath Dwivedi “Mr Gandhi, you may be a befitting candidate for this position, which I got at.
Congrats sir you good work for paramilitary forces, your works is always success and good luck.
The decision taken to divide andhra pradesh state into two districts is against of majority people of andhra pradesh as a head of family matter of division must be done after talking to both side people of telagana and seemaandhra village wise i am from seemandhra region i used to see various activities taken place through TV channels for united andhra pradesh but government of India is taking steps fro division of of ap which i feel is against of of all ap at this stage my sincere suggestion keep hydearabad as second capital of India and government should help both telagana and andhra regions in building their own capitals as per their choice place. Other than Delhi Hyderabad is geograpically ideal for second capital to India as similar to government departments have branches nationwide similarly at least capital should also one more capital if it is done all problems will be solved Hyderabad issues will be under capital control simultaneously other issues have to be resolved.
