Sharma, Mobile No. 9831770029 and AMIT SHARMA S/o Mahesh Kumar Sharma)Now problem is, 1)As per Agreement stipulated time was six month from the date of agreement for handover of the said flat. 2)For the last two years the Promoter’s did not speak with me properly and avoid for handed over the flat, even they not attend my phone calls or does not require replying of e-mail. 3)I have already paid as advance for the aforesaid flat rupees 19, 50, 000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lac Fifteen Thousand) only on different dates at registered office nine, Ram Lal Mukherjee Lane, (Near Agradoot Club) Police station Golabari, Howrah – 711 106 of M. Sir, I purchased a Max life Insurance policy (no. 853540623) on February 2012, through agent Axis Bank Ltd, Narendrapur br. Rs. 20, 309. 48 is premium per year by e. C. S. After three years I already pay Rs. 60, 928. 44 (sixty thousand nine hundred twenty eight and paisa forty four) only. I want to pre- matchure for my urgent nesescery. What I'm getting from company, agent person cant'say when I submitted my all original papers on 03 March 2015. As per tariff Rs. 29, 909. 00 int. -Rs. 4000. 00 i. E. (Rs. 33, 909. 00) company will return back to my direct saving account. In same br. But only Rs. 13, 137. 71/- company is given to my account on 13. 03. 15. After that I told to my agent persons and they are not any response to me.
I have submitted my mobile phone to Micromax Service Centre and till now i didn't got my phone for two months. I went to their office for several times to the concerned persons and didn't get proper assurance and they are cheating with me. I have submitted my phone on 07/11/2014, bearing Model number A108(W), Complain number 1812144103, and Phone IMEI number 911373400072178, Job Sheet number E 030410-1114-13201596. After few month operation my phone was automatically switch off. So I lodge the complaint to Lakshmi Telecom. (authorized service center of Spice)against bill no 508 on 10. 12. 2014. After check my mobile they diamonding Rs. 2000 for repair charges and also blaming me that Somebody has opened my phone during warranty period, but when they have checked my mobile in front of me with taken of Rs. 100/= they have not inform me, also not mention in complain certificate also. So I need your help to back of mobile with good condition without money within warranty period.

In at cash on delivery system. They sold me through SUN ENTERPRISES, 1st floor, opposite marketing times, M. I. E., Bahadurgarh, Haryana, VAT TIN number 06611710069 PHONE : 7840060007, ON 29/09/2014. On 10. 10. 2014 a courier boy delivered it at my office address. After then I found the function (software and hardware) and the battery of the phone is defect, then I will try to contract with the SUN ENTERPRISES, but the phone is switch off or out of reach. In that case I am in big trouble my Invoice No. EB/INV/00802. Please took action immediately against the Sun Enterprises.

They ask me to visit to service center and take an letter, but service center said me that they do not provide any kind of letter from there end.

I went to mobile shop of Mumtazuddin, at esplanade. They introduced me with their home product Gaba mobile and finally convinced me to buy this at around 10000/-. After coming home, i found Bluetooth is not working and i went. They asked me to keep the phone to their service centre. I opposed and said them to change the phone and give me another phone. But they denied and replied that their stock is empty. After that,the charger of the mobile was not working. Though they denied,but finally gave me a duplicate charger. After some days, mobile was completely switched off-i finally gave it to their service centre. 7days later, they replied me that there is liquid damage(which is absurd) in my phone,and i have to change my mother board which will cost another 4000/-. I denied, all this happened within three months only. 13November2013-13 February2014. Many like me,who took Gaba set, faced same problem in service center-liquid damage. How could be possible!they are cheating to many people,please help.

1st time i try to withdrawal rs-3500 than not came out cash, came out bill there was write-atm txn no 1849 transaction declined 072 unable to process at 11.43am.

I had been searching jobs thorogh various job portals and also registered for paid services with NAUKRI.com, but another job offering company called CLICK2RESUME.com called me after seeing my CV through naukri.com and offered that if I must pay an annual membership fees of Rupees 1300 (nonrefundable) online then I could avail their job offer services. After I made the said payment they kept on insisting that I must make another payment of amount Rupees 4838/- to get "guaranteed job opportunity" with higher pay package where I replied that my present salary package is enough to contest for a higher package and I was never told for these hidden charges when I repeatedly asked initially while making the mambership fees payment of Rupees 1300. Later on while reporting this incidernt with naukri.com-coordinator got to understand taht this might be a fraudulent call and case of representation where I had beenm cheated by amount of Rupees 1300.

I am using BSNL Broadband service. However the modem does not work for more than ten days a month. In the month of September it hardly worked. The BSNL office made me go in for a new modem which would be on Rental. It Still DOES NOT WORK. My Telephone number is 23596295 in the name of Subhra Chakravarti. Yet I am paying the charges directly by ECS system. They are charging for a service which they fail to provide.

I like to lodge my complaint for the harassment and misconducting activities from Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency for my domestic gas cylinder supply since my gas booked on 10.09.2013 and issued me a booking number 556229 and cash memo number 3000026115 after booking my gas the message centre has informed through mobile phone dated on 20.09.2013 that my gas cylinder will be delivered shortly and on 23.09. 2013 they sent message that my booking number has cancelled but yet I have not received any gas cylinder from them against my above booking number but after cancel I have lodged a complaint to customer care and got a complaint number 1062323 dated on 25.09.2013.
As a consumer I like to lodge my complaint for necessary investigation and take for action against their secrete motto which is unlawful and illegal.
It is true their delivery man who has come and delivered on same premises but knocking the said delivery man has ignored to deliver it but without any information booking has cancelled.

As per my discussion regarding complaint of my bill to be paid to Vodafone no.9051652244 which is not showing the correct figure to pay and as per the commitment from Vodafone side that they will take action against this wrong bill of August 2013 by the end of 10th of September 2013 but still no response yet got from Vodafone side.8469 is my current outstanding and in which 5696 Rupees is showing excess in this bill which is came from internet plan of 850 3g plan as I was using 750 plan previously that was unlimited and got upgraded to 850 that too was unlimited as per Vodafone representative who suggested me regarding this plan now they are charging like anything which not discuss during taking plan and as result of that I do not want to continue with Vodafonee i want permanent termination of my Vodafone service from today date and they are forcing me to pay full amount t not trying to resolve this issue.

Feedup with Panasonic product.
With in one moneyh after buying the Panasonic Cube Split A.C its started to give us trouble and instead of Chilling it give us smoke
after puting the tempareture in 16 degree for hour an hour the chilling factor remain zero like with out A.C.
complaing several times about the prob and they send some third party and they took our complain but nothing is happening .
They (Panasonic) hardly bother about consumer.
still facing the same prob. Become feedup.
The cost of A.C. is approx Rs18000/-
BAAN " PANASONIC".
Its not only bad but worst too!
The service of Panasonic is pathetic.
I waste my money so please advice others not to buy any Panasonic products becoz earning money is very hard and tough so please prevent them from
