Dear Sir,

I have worked with Urmilla Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Chennai Alwarpet Urmilla House 4th Floor, from Jan'11 to Aug'13 as accounts manager at Kolkata Regional Office. This company was terminated me without any prior information and not clear my dues such as two months salary, leave incashment and bonus. This company is not paid proper tax as per books of accounts. Depreciation part of expneses is total fake because many kinds of machineries was sale but taken dep. and adjustement of expenses is totaly fake. from F.Y. April'09 to Mar'13

Please check depriciation part, service tax part, aslesha enterprise (fakecom.), Urmilla Infra Solutions (fake co,).

The commissioner of Income tax,

Respected Sir,
Retirement benefits such as 1. DCRG, 2. Commutation of Pension. 3.Leave salary etc, received by the government employee at the time of retirement are exempted from Income tax as per the existing IT Act.
Being an authority for TDS, I need to clarify about the below mentioned aspects. That our Tamil Nadu State Government) employees receiving the leave salary such as 1. Earned leave ( to the maximum of 240 days) and 2. Unavailable Half Pay Leave - salary ( to the maximum of 90 days ), at the time of Retirement.
Please clarify the Income tax implications on the above matters so that I could proceed on the TDS provisions in this regard.
