Different constituents have different ways of communicating. Many prefer to just e-mail, or text, or use regular postal mail services, or phone. Why do not you simply put your e-mail, your text-ready cellphone numbers, and postal mailing addresses, and your caller-friendly numbers right on your home page, so it is displayed there for everyone who needs to communicate, as soon as they open your home page?

To: Mayor Joseph Estrada
I just read the Daily Inquirer about the worst conditions obtaining at the RAC where it was reported that concentration camps conditions existed there for their young inmates. three of them were photographed as living in inhuman circumstances. They were all skin and bones and left naked. This is disgusting to say the least and
cannot be accepted as "isolated" cases. These are examples of inhumanity to humans. Will Mayor Estrada tolerate this and just close his eyes?

When Mayor Estrada was elected I had a very high hopes that many things will change for the better in Manila particularly the Lacson or Quiapo Underpass. During the time of Mayor Atienza the Underpass was so clean, no vendors, no beggars. When Lim was the mayor the underpass became filthy and in complete disarray with lots of illegal vendors and professional beggars. I was so disgusted and avoided for some time to passed there. There is hardly a space for passer-bys to walk in because vendors occupies all the space. I hope the good Mayor and Vice Mayor will look into this matter ASAP.
