I have purchased items from bhs previously online and in store and never until now have I ever had a problem until recently. I order two items and I item was delivered within four days and the other was being sent in a separate parcel - to date since 24th March I have never recd this parcel. To date I have made five calls to customer services, nobody bothered to ring me back and all I was being told was "it seems to have gone missing at the Yodel Depot" - this is not my problem I paid for the item in question ie a tiffany lampshade. Yesterday again I rang and finally lost my temper and cancelled the item whilst still being told Yodel and BHS and sorting the matter. This is not my problem as a customer I paid for this item and should have recd another in its place, Yday I cancelled the item demanding my money back only to be told "ah well" again I said never mind ah well I want my money back. I have been treated discracefully as a customer and wont be shopping with bhs again.

My wife and I were, this afternoon seriously impressed with the service we received from the young man. Ricky. In the Bromley BHS Lighting Dept. Which he was running on his own. The level of polite, courteous and helpful service was five star and rare on the high street. Look after him.

I visited your doncaster store three times now looking for stretch jeans, could you tell me why BHS do not seem to cater for men with long legs the only ones i found on display went upto 29" long leg, when i asked about why there wasnt any longer leg ones, a staff member told me that they couldnt order them because it was controlled by Burtons who make them, so i said then its about time they employed another buyer, the previous visit i asked this same question and a staff member said take a pair of these to the till you can order them, i did this at the counter and the lady told me it wouldnt let her order them, so it appears to me that BHS no longer cater for the man with longer leg lenth. The ones that were on display were pathetic, so i can see why BHS are losing customers through lack of customer service.
Clearly making even your own online complaint system un-usable this appears to be the only way any form of contact with your company can be achieved. No longer worth bothering to even try and order on the online website. A once frequent customer has given up and will shop elsewhere in future.

I visited the cafeteria in your Carmarthen store on Dec23rd at 2pm. The place was almost deserted, which should have sent alarm bells ringing. The mayo sandwich I purchased was barely edible, but my complaint concerns a man who was sweeping the floor of the cafe. He used the floor brush to sweep food debris off one of the tables; swept around my feet while I was eating forcing me to lift them and on completing his tasks, he sauntered off with the brush balanced over his shoulder If staff see nothing wrong with this type of behaviour, one wonders what goes on in the unseen areas of the cafe. I would suggest that staff training is seriously in need of investigation. I note that a visit by an inspector from the Food Standards Agency in October awarded the cafe four stars for cleanliness. What a farce
Needless to say I will not be visiting this cafeteria ever again.

My husband and I went into BHS Oxford Street, London on 15th December and whilst there visited the restaurant run by Compass Group UK. The food and drink were absolutely awful we had: Egg Mayo Sandwich - there was a small amount of filling in the middle of the slices leaving a very large gap completely round the slices with no butter/spread or filling, the Pain au Raisin was dry and stale and the Latte and Cappuccino (obtained by ourselves from automatic machine) were just tepid/luke warm - to be drunk immediately before they became completely coldDo you really think this is acceptable? Needless to say we will not be visiting this establishment again - can not imagine what tourists would make of thisI have had to send this to Head Office as I cannot find an alternative address.

On 30/01/15 my partner and I were shopping in your Colchester store and we noticed the temperature to be excessively cold in compared to other stores generally. I do believe the temperature should be somewhere around 13 degree celsius for your employees and to have some respect for your customers. I did notice that your staff were wearing coats, which surely is not good for the business. We also noticed there are no seats in the changing rooms, which is not good for those with disabilities. The staff were very helpful, but we were only in the store for a short period due to coldness of the store. Surely the above is not acceptable for a major department store.

Hi Today I went into the Cafe in the Weston Super Mare store. The food I had was disgusting. My grandson and I left it and then left the store. The only thing that was ok was the salad, but not the cucumber. That was dry and stale. The jacket potato was dry and unedible. Even a pat of butter would have helped. The lasagne was dry and the salad the same as the other dish. The staff was to busy tidying up to realy service us. This was just after 1. 30 pm. Plenty time for lunch. They talked to each other saying, its ok they want salad not chips, and generally talking to each other although being quite far apart, therefore having to use loud voices. All in all not a good experience. This is a place I will not eat at again or tell others to do so. CarolineTrott.

Not sure if this is the right page for a moan, when into the Torquay Branch Devon, at five o clock today on the 22nd of November. Which the lights were being very dim like the store is closing so me and a lots of customer left the store. As we were going to do a big shop there, so we left, on our return journey back to the car, its said on the door six o'clock closing, so most disappointed with this store. So we have to go back another time. Terrible. Thank You.
